Gee, not enough info here to really respond - no context. It may be, however, that a large portion of the "political banter" here is neither banter nor benign, but rather mean spirited and hateful.
I haven't seen the porn and smut, but I'll keep looking. It would be a welcome distraction!

Good question, i got busted for answering
Ringo G.
Do Republicans agree with George Bush Sr. that a nuclear war is "winnable"?
My answer???? Obama wants them bombed, does that make it all better.....
Wrong answer????? guess so
I guess if we attack one of the Political leaders of their choice, its a violation while some of the outrageous President Bush banter is reviewed as just that, banter... and the porno thing...... Sex sells...

Because they are a private corporate enterprise and they can do whatever they want to do. I went through this before with them and just shrugged my shoulders. They are highly selective in what they choose to censor but they are big on censorship that meets their agenda. I mean I dealt with them in other area of the search engine, not in YA.

they are not discriminating
they just do not have enough enforcers to deal with the flood of violations that continue to poor in from their impossible TOS
Shortbus- ranting ---> violation
tikiboy - spam ---> violation
?! - answering a "question" with a question ---> violation
STEVE C - calling the staff drunks ---> violation
imbrue002 - saying something YA! could view as objectionable ---> violation
alea iacta est - Adult content ---> violation
gary b - insults ---> violation
geekyoldman - incomprehensable ---> violation
wolf - saying "don't know" to a question ---> violation
John W - calling OP hateful ---> violation
kjh4129 - saying something YA! could view as objectionable ---> violation
Lone Star - Adult content spam ---> violation
mymadsky - trying to be funny ---> violation
as you can see, it is impossible to not violate some part of the TOS

I believe most of the staff are drunk, and acting randomly. It is not logical.
