Do have a definite purpose in life? Do you have anything your passionate about? Find these things and you will have more energy. Once you do, you wont be able to imagine sleeping the majority of your life away.
Even if you don't believe in God, each morning and each night bow your head, close your eyes and say, "God, I don't know if you really exist or not but can you please let me know what my purpose is?" It may sound corny but who cares, nobody but you will know and who knows what great and mysterious things may happen?? It just may change your life forever. All I know is that there is something out there that you love to do and can do better than anyone else in the whole world.
Let me know how it goes.

Hi I am not a doctor but I have Sleeping Problems Too. One Possibility is That you may Have Sleep Apnea. There Are Millions of Cases of Obstructive Sleep Apnea that go undiagnosed in the USA alone. This means that during the night with or without your awareness you may stop breathing. Which may cause a lack of Oxyegen in the brain. That will cause you you to be tired all the time. Check these links for more information on Sleep Apnea http://www.sleepdisorderchannel.com/osa/

Another thing that may cause tiredness all the time is Depression or Anxiety. I hope the information was helpful

i don't think of this is healthy. in accordance to scientific learn, an customary individual could sleep in straightforward terms 8 hours an afternoon; meaning not too a lot greater or decrease than that. you does not understand what's going to ensue to you in case you proceed torturing your self like that. Set a while, i'd say, so as which you do not could overdo some thing. wish this would help, and shelter YOUR well-being!

10 hours seems okay. I used to be like that, until I had kids. Now there's now way they'd let me. Vitamins help me a lot with energy. For awhile I suffered from depression. There's a lot that could be going on thyroid, hormones, depression, chronic fatigue, diabetes. What kind of job do you do? Are you really busy? You could just be tired & stressed out. Sounds like you should go get some blood work done.

See a doctor if it really bothers you. If not, try staying very active during the day. Set you alarm, get up early, and begin doing things, work & etc. Stay busy all day. Do this for a few days & see if your sleep pattern changes.

It sounds like you could have a condition called sleep apnea, you don't really get adequate rest, even tho you are asleep, when you have sleep apnea so you find you have to sleep longer and longer to achieve any benefit. Talk to your doctor about getting a sleep study.
