How many of the "Iron Chefs" have restaurants in the US?

All of the chefs except Cat Cora have their own restaurants mainly on the East Coast.

Bobby Flay has restaurants in New York and Las Vegas. Morimoto has a restaurant in New York. I'm not sure, but I think that Mario Battali has at least a restaurant in New York. Not sure about anywhere else. Cat Cora, I think, has a restaurant somewhere, just not sure where.
