We are covering Frankenstein what are good shapes to cut out? I thought I could use a ginger bread man cutter as the Monster. I could use a snow flake as a reputation of the artic pass.

Well, just based on significant items in the book, you could make them into their original shape (rectangular or square) and carve two diagonal lines (one from each corner at the top) to make them look like envelopes. (There are so many letters like the one Frankenstein received from his father or the ones Robert Walton writes to his sister.)
Also, you could make ovals to symbolize the locket that hung around the little boy's neck.

Great idea for a project BTW!

Well, if you can find them, try getting some hand, foot, and bone cookiee cutters. Since the monster was made out of body parts, you could use the gingerbread man cookiee cutter like you were planning to represent the monster as a whole and these to represent the body parts.
