Is the world changing?... always.
Is it changing for the better?... only the history books can answer that question.

Your link is irrelevant to the question at hand. The world has not changed for the better... and it has generally not changed for the worse, either. Some people live relatively contently. Some people suffer and die. That was true in 1994, 1594, 1094, and the year 94. It is still true today.

No. It's gotten progressively worse since we decided that we should play the role that of the World Police.
Things were peaceful and different back in 1994.

No. The world is "Going to hell in a handbasket". Too many lawyers and parents who don't know how or are afraid to control their kids.

not at all...
some places turning to heaven due to all resources and that stuff and on the other hand humanity continues to suffer on the hands of tyrants...
the world is simply heading to a drastic end very nearly...we are just witnessing ...
