Depends on who it is and where. If you were at my house and I wanted to bug you then I would say things through the door. Ya know to encourage you. My kids do not let me go alone so every chance I get I go in there and talk to them about stupid stuff knowing that no matter what when I sit down they will need something.

I sit outside of the door saying *plop* *plop* *plop* over and over....then I go gather everyone I can find to sit outside the door to clap and cheer when they come out.
I've even been inspired to get a can of airfreshner and spray it through the crack in the bottom of the door. Be careful las ttime I did that the person slipped and fell in it.

I would like to assist the "shittee" or "-er" ,in their quest for semi-public cable laying, by repeatedly operating the hand dryer, thus supplying them with enough white noise camouflage, they should be able to squeeze one out, without too much stage fright.
When they come out of the cubicle, always maintain eye contact, and smile like a christian.

I listen intently at the door while giving sports-style play by play breakdowns to the on-lookers for the duration of the event until we can work up to the climax - a successful FLUSH!
