Well I'm latin american and I'm not very used to these terms, I'd like to know how do you call a person who is an Engineer, it's just I need to fill out a documentation and write the name of a person who has that academic Degree, which is the most appropriate denomination for them? Thx a lot.

Unless they have a Doctorate in Engineering then "Mister" covers the situation.

Mr. and Ms./Mrs./Miss unless they have a PhD.
