Well the main reason would be because lamb meat is not an average american dish, and what would little kids think about eating something such as lamb meat. Plus lamb meat is really expensive even if it come preproduced with beef.Trust me I love lamb meat but then again I'm not American.

Costs and demands will answer the question.
* How much the public will agree to pay for a Lamb Burger?
* How much cost to the BK or McD ?

I don't think lamb tastes very nice as burger meat but that's just me! I like to mince my own steak and make home made burgers so much nicer then McD's!

Try Papa Gyro's original gyro. Of course, gyro is both lamb and beef together. Just add a pita pocket, onion, tomatoes, and tzatziki sauce.....mmmmm yummy.
