Jackhammer, vertical suplex's in general are tough to do while the F-5 is putting someone on your shoulders and spinning their body around to land in DDT form

Although F-5 is more powerful the Jackhammer is tougher to do.

Gold Bergs Jack Hammer Suplex

Jackhammer is a lot harder although F5 is the more powerful.
The reason is beacuse it is easier to lift someone on your shoulders than it is to lift them in a suplex form.

Goldbergs Jackhammer for one reason. It's a slam type move that brings you down to the mat with his force and weight. The F5 is a free fall type slam, if you'r falling lightly then the move is uneffective. With Goldberg's Jackhammer no matter how soft he puts you down his weight is going to give it impact

i personally have done them both and the jack hammer suplex is much harder to do than the F-5...the weight of your oponent is placed on your shoulders and its easier to hold up heavier oponenets

Jackhammer, there's more risk at wrenching your friends neck if you try it...the F5 is a little safer...

If you have bad knees, the Jackhammer is easier
