I'm a reading fanatic. literally. I read around 20 books a month and have for many years. I own around 3000 books and have read everyone and some numerous times. reading is my hobby, my passion, and what i do for fun. I love books period.

However. The ONLY movie I have ever seen I liked better than the book was the "Lord of the Rings." trilogy.
The things they changed in the movie I liked better than what it was in the book. for instance. When the battle at Helms deep in the "Two Towers." was fought In the book the Elves didn't come and help like they did in the movie. In the book it was a band of Rangers that were followers of Aragorn. Plus the forest closed in and helped. (Not the Ents) the forest. The ents were fighting sarumon. I liked the elves version better.

In the "Return of the King." The Ghosts didn't actually kill people but were there just for fear, it was once again the band of Rangers.

there is many more but don't feel like listing them.

The Beast Within by Edward Levi - even though the movie stunk. Otherwise I have to agree with Nick R. above...
