Hi, Guy's and Gal's! I got a question about this guy and my DVD-ROM.

I got a LG DVD-ROM GDR8164B in my computer. I let this guy use my computer and now he wont stop asking me for this DVD-ROM I got. First he ask me if I wanted to sell it to him, I said No. A few days later he offered me $10 for it, I said no again. then he ask me how much do you want for it? I said i don't want to sell it and what the hell am I going to use?! he said I'll look for some thing for you and we will trade.

Well, He call me back and he said he has a CD burner to trade for mine, He said it is like new like yours, so what do you say. I said I'll think about it. Now I'm here wondering why he wants it this bad? It's just a DVD-ROM!

What dumb answers you got here!

Hey Alex, I'll answer your question you got for me.

LG CD/DVD Drive combo GDR-8164B is a DVD drive that can back up (Copy) GameCube and Wii games, with the help of few applications. The only DVD drives that can do this is:

* LG-8164b
* LG-8163b
* LG-8162b
* LG-8161b

There are other DVD drives that can do this if it has the 8164b in the model number.

Get this drive if you live in the US here at NewEgg http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827136083

If your in Canada you can get it here at TigerDirect http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=1617088&CatId=480

There you can tell him where to get his own DVD-ROM.

On eBay there going for $35 to $45 US including shipping. and these are open box and OEM DVD-ROM's. If you want to sell it to him.

a DVD-ROM will let him watch DVD's, a regular CD-ROM won't so he probably just wants to watch DVD's. But $10 is WAY to low for a DVD/CD-RW drive. I'd say about $25-$35 would be good

Good Luck!

Who cares what others think of? in case you do finally end up getting slate blue once you somewhat needed maroon you would be regretting your colour determination. a colour determination in something is as much as you! So come to a determination for your self and don't enable stereotypes get interior the way.

Just tell him to go to the store and buy a new one of his very own. If he wants one just like yours then he can go to the store or just go on ebay.

I wouldn't sell anything to him.
