I have rotated all tires (3x). I have got an alignment (3 different places). I have gotten my tires balaced (3x). I have changed my motor mounts. I have gone to two different shops and neither of them could tell me what is causing the shaking? I need help.

If your tires have been rotated, you should check to make sure that all the tire treads are pointing in the same direction. If you've got something like Aquatread and the treads are backwards that could cause you problems.

Most of the answers are right on the money with the CV joints and bearings. I would also add tie rod ends and the rack and pinion unit to the list of things to check. My alignment guy says that the Chrysler vans are notorious for "loose" front ends and shaking.

it could have a bad inner C V joint. usually the right inner. the inner CV joint on the long axle tends to wear out and develop play that causes a vibration which is worst while accelerating. the reason is that the torque and load combined with the excess clearance causes the axle to spin out of round and thus causes a vibration or more appropriately a shake that can be intensified or minimized by acceleration or coasting.

Youve got a halfshaft about to go all the way out. One of the cv joints has lost a ball bearing and is in failure. Chryslers are famous for this.

Have your CV joints checked; assuming the wheel balance and wheel alignment were properly done.
