I'd place them in this order:

Gretzky's points record
Lance Armstrong's 7 tours
Nicklaus' 18 majors
Marciaino undefeated
Aaron
Emmitt
Kareem

I put Aaron, Emmitt and Kareem at the bottom because, while all were great players in their time, their records speak more to longevity than dominance. The same might be said of Gretzky, except that he was miles ahead of his competition, which can't be said of the others. Aaron's record, and possibly Emmitt's, could be broken in the next ten years, while Kareem's won't last forever. Gretzky, on the other hand, is more than likely going to go to his grave with that record.

It was a tough call between Lance/Jack, but I gave Lance the nod because those wins came consecutively. Still, I couldn't put either ahead of Gretzky, again simply because Gretzky did more than raise the bar - he moved it so far away as to be untouchable. And Marciano's record is impressive, but he didn't fight in a great era. To be honest, I think Ali takes him every time if they had ever fought.
