i wanna make some fun with my photo...like it's a front page of a magazine or some funny effects i dont look for photo glitters or those something...i wanna make difference to my photo...it's ok if this program's free downloaded or it's a websites that give me codes of my pictures like "pizam.com"....

Photo Suite software which is about $20 bucks has that capability. They have a bunch of sports, glamor, and news magazine covers in one of their sections. You drop in a photo and can change the words on the cover and the size/color of those words to customize your magazine..
