the last "Offical" wcw champion was booker t
but i guess you can say chris jericho was the last wcw champion when he beat the rock and then beat austin for the wwe championship ot become UNDISPUTED CHAmpoin.Booker t was also the last "official" wcw u.s. champion.but edge unified the the wcw u.s. title with the ic championship,so i guess you can say edge was the last wcw u.s champion
gregory helms was the last wcw cruserweight champion
mysterio and kidman were the last wcw cruserweight tag team champions
rhyno was the last "official" ecw champion

Rhino held the ECW title last. The WCW title is still in existence; it's just called the World Heavyweight title. Booker T was the last to hold it as WCW champ before the unification.
