Of course we can't know this - JK Rowling wouldn't be the amazing author she is if people could second-guess her!
The prophecy we heard about in book 5 makes it pretty clear that either or both Harry and Voldemort have to die, but it's supposed to be ambiguous as to which one.
As for the theme park - JK Rowling knew a very long time ago what would become of her hero, she's not going to change the story she has to tell just because of some merchandising.
What fun would the final book be if we knew what was going to happen at the end??
(personally, I think he won't die, but my real concern is that Snape lives)

As a major fan, I don't believe (and this is not affected by my bias towards Harry) that he is going to die. It doesn't make sense that she could kill him after all he has been through in his life. I don't think that JKR was changed by the movies or the upcoming theme park. The series, and Harry's fate, was decided 17 years ago when JKR planned the entire series. She has not changed her mind because of these attractions. However, a fairy tale ending where Harry, Ginny, Ron, and Hermione live happily ever after completely whole would I think be very disappointing. I do believe that all 4 will live, but with major sacrifice on Harry's part. I don't know what this will be, but a good theory is that he will lose his magical powers. I'm not sure this is going to happen, but I do think that he will make a sacrifice. I think it's pretty safe to say that Harry will live. Mugglenet.com, one of the largest Harry Potter fansites on the web, published a book with various theories. Each theory included has evidence towards both sides, and their opinion. They believe Harry will live. Here's something that will convince you that they are probably right about a lot of things. They predicted the title of book 7 would be "Harry Potter and the Hallows of Hogwarts"

Here's something to consider. Even if Harry dies (which I don't expect to happen by the way) it isn't necessarily the end. Rowling has already brought Voldemort back from the dead once already, hasn't she? And when Arthur Connan Doyle killed off Sherlock Holmes because he was sick of writing about him, his publisher was under such pressure from fans that he eventually offered Doyle so much money to bring him back that he couldn't say no. Rowling will be under even worse pressure than Doyle was if she kills Harry off. He never had 24/7 cable news to deal with!

It has been said that JK wants to kill him off so no one will pester her to write more books and to stop others from continuing the series.
Personally, I don't know if he'll die or not. I don't think there's enough evidence from JK that Harry will be killed off.

Geez, no, there isn't any way we will know whether he dies or not before the book comes out. People can debate all they want to, but no one will really know until the book comes out so don't believe anything you hear ntil the book comes out.
