she doesnt need to wait another month. my doc told me just wait until youve had one period. tell her to stay on her vitamins or prenatals so that the baby comes into a healthy environment. also tell her to act as if she if pregnant and eat all the healthy foods she would and protect and take care of her body. all that will help create a healthy environment for the child and help him or her stay healthy. her habits probably didnt have anything to do with her first loss though. it just happens a lot with first pregnancies. oh and have her pray about it. good luck.

I would wait another month, just to be safe. The healthier she is going into the pregnancy the better, she should be on prenatal vitamins now, and she may want to get some counseing to help with the depession. A new pegnancy may help, but she will still carry alot of worry from her loss. And mostly, she needs all your love and support!!! Good luck!
