None if the employer chooses - those employers are constantly looking for employees!
I know one guy who closed his 'business' for 3 weeks every summer. He told his employees to go apply for unemployment.

You don't have to get any, but most companies that hire full-time employees do give paid vacation time after you have been there for a certain amount of time. For instance after you have been with a company for 6 months then you may earn 8 hours of paid vacation leave a month or something similar. You are not legally entitled to it, unless you have a contract with the company that hires you that states you are.

None. Vacation time is up to the individual company to grant it or not.

As this isn't Europe, you're not entitled to any paid or unpaid vacation time.

I don't think that Vacation is a law.....it's a benefit.
Usually you are alotted 1 year vacation time per 1-5 years and on and on.
I work for one of the largest health organizations in the USA and they do not give us vacation time...we have to use our PTO which is Personal Time Out....hours. we accumulate them each week we work.
So unless it's in the fine print when you sign on...you are out of luck.
