Sooo i was in my garage and i saw a Huuuuuuuge spider it was at LEAST 2 inches long. so i was like omfg and i stepped ont it and then it was as it *poofed* and when i took my foot off there was NO SPIDER all i saw was his 8 legs twitching and thousands of spiders (little tiny tiny ones) scurrying all around the ground so i grabbed a can of "Raid" and sprayed it everywhere and killed em all... i think.. any1 know what the heck this could be!??! and yes it literally went POOF

Sounds like alot of spiders to me. Many female spiders carry their young in their abdomen and have them via live birth rather than laying an egg sack and it hatching. You popped the abdomen, so they came out. YUK!

Next time you see one all swollen up like that....kill it with the Raid instead of squishing it. That way you get mother and babies together with no escapes!!!

You just killed a mommy wolf spider and her babies and they are harmless. They are beneficial spiders and eat the buggers you would probably not want around. True, they can get very big, but they are also the most timid of spiders and will run like hell to get away from you. Anyhow, in the future you might try to lead it away instead of killing it or them. They can't hurt you.
