I don't have a butt. I'm 5'7" and weigh 100 pounds soaking wet. So, my problem is not weight.

Your rear is shaped like a (, and your panties are in the middle of the (-. When your leg goes forward, your panties are on the top of the (`. When your leg comes back down, your squishiness and the elastic keep the panties in the upper spot, giving you lines or an oddly shaped bottom. Maybe like a 3 shape if your panties are really horrible or the wrong size.

It most likely you are wearing jeans and they create a lot of friction causing the fine material that panties are made of to be pushed up with the sitting action or even just the movement of walking.
Perhaps thongs are the answer as they are already ridden up.

Cheap material like Victoria Secret and " them"! They use to fit when the fabric was better. That was years ago. Now all of them are "cheap" and ride up the butt. It must be a money and poor labor thing.
