I have had perms that I thought panties on my head would look one whole heck of alot better, believe me.
If you look like a poodle or a clown, you should pick up a couple of packages of cute panties and use them as hats. If not panties, might I suggest a bra - the cups make cool bumps and you can carry your stuff in them if you tighten the bra under your chin really tight.

Depends on if they have been soiled. Also, if it is a thong, you will be able to see better.
