My doctors both advised two periods. Only because you want to clear your system of the last pregnancy. So for me that's been 3 months now, and we have been given the green light. It's really hard to wait, I know.

we were advised to wait 6 months. We started trying after 4, but it took almost 2 yrs to get pregnant again. Good luck
