every where i try, they try to scam!

If they are on the SAG website and they solicit money from you then report them to SG for investigation.

no reputable agency will charge you for what they do.

The SAG agencies should be ok because the have signed the SAG agreement.

Some agencies use their SAG franchise as a shingle to scam. It still happens. It's easier to make a living scamming newcomers than by doing actual agent work. It is rare and you can pretty much trust most of them though.

Are you a SAG member?

They try to scam because you don't know what questions to ask, or, how to research the Talent Agency before you go to them.

You have to research before you contact a Talent Agency.

If the agent is a SAG signatory, it is not a scam.

If everywhere you look for an agent tries to scam you, you are not looking for an agent in the proper way.
