Is she really a power hungry and driven individual or is she decent, honest and sincere about wanting to become the first female President of the United States of America/? What's your outlook on her politics? Or is she finishing what good old hubby Bill wasn't able to accomplish during his presidency?

She's as intelligent and ambitious as any male running for office. Probably as dishonest as most of them, too. She's certainly changed her stance on Iraq!

All of the above. She is power-hungry... but all politicians are, by nature. So I don't hold that against her.

As far as what I think about her politics... it is too early to say. So much will change between now and next year that it is silly to pick a candidate at this point. On the whole, I don't see what is that different between her and the Republicans, to be honest. But it is so early, who knows what her final stance on the issues will be? Same goes for all the candidates.

As far as finishing what Bill wasn't able? The eight years he was President were eight of the most stable, positive years in American history. Aside of universal healthcare, which is unlikely to get passed anyway (although we sure do need it), there really isn't anything for Hillary to finish. There is a lot more fixing to do than finishing anything.

So, on the whole, I am on the fence with her. We'll see if she manages to say anything really smart or really stupid between now and next year before we pass any judgement.

Read her book, I Hillary.....I am a Republican and I think she is the best choice for president, putting personal views aside. People will say everything negative because she is a woman, without being biased, she is the most experienced, and even some woman, that are acustom to the Tarzan cavemen days still think a male is better that a female. I am male and that is not right. The truth will come out. Just keep an open mind.

Hillary probably thinks she has our best interests at heart, but she is a socialist who wants to keep taking away our freedoms and making big government bigger. She does NOT have the abilitly to lead this troubled nation. Read Jay Ambrose's newspaper column for July 15. Scripps Howard News Service.

politically-expedient carpetbagger. uninspiring. cold fish sort. politics as usual.

She'll probably win the Democratic nomination, but I'm not sure if she's electable in a general election - people don't seem to like her much and she has high negative numbers.

She's the Democratic equivalent of George W. Bush - if elected it will be because a lazy electorate associates her name with someone else, not because anybody really expects much from her or because she's very qualified.

I do not like Socialist ideals and that is what Hillary bases everything on. She wants to be the head of a pwerfully large government that controls and owns everything. Hillary is the wrong choice for this country. She would do well in Canada or something.

I hope she never gets in. She is power hungry and has too many ties to the comunist party. She is rude and over bering. I hope that we get a good Republican Female canidate soon. That is the only way I could ever back a woman for president.

I think she's a power-hungry person who looks down on the electorate and think she alone knows the best for the US. My guess is that it galls her to have to appeal to the masses for their votes in order to get elected, but that she wants the position so badly that she's willing to put up with that. And I think that if she gets elected, she'll get to the point where she will have worse approval ratings than even the current President Bush.

Her health care socialization plan is largely responsible for the Republican takeover of Congress in 1994.
If she wins the Dem. nomination that would be a great gift for GOP.

I think Mr. Taco has a very good point. He has my vote for best answer.

She should be congratulated for being the first woman to try and get this far. Kudos to her. But we also need to wait and see what distinguishes her from the rest besides being female.
