I'm not sure, but I heard it was a round house kick to the face by Chuck Norris.

It is probably the botulinum toxin. It is one of the most deadly naturally occurring substances known. It is produced by a bacteria called Clostridium botulinum. It is used for medical purposes such as botox, but it has a lethal dose of about 1ng/kg, which means you can theoretically kill every human on Earth with an ounce of this toxin.
EDIT: About Plutonium: It can be made from natural uranium and is fissile. The most stable isotope is Pu244, with a half-life of about 80 million years, long enough to be found in extremely small quantities in nature. In fact, Pu244 is the nucleon-richest atom that naturally occurs in the Earth's crust, albeit in small traces.
Substances including ricin, tetrodotoxin, botulinum toxin, and tetanus toxin are fatal in doses of (sometimes far) under one milligram, and others (the nerve agents, the amanita toxin) are in the range of a few milligrams. As such, plutonium is not unusual in terms of toxicity, even by inhalation. In addition, those substances are fatal in hours to days, whereas plutonium (and other cancer-causing radioactives) give an increased chance of illness decades in the future. Considerably larger amounts may cause acute radiation poisoning and death if ingested or inhaled; however, so far, no human is known to have immediately died because of inhaling or ingesting plutonium and many people have measurable amounts of plutonium in their bodies.

Its a bit of a vague question. One answer is plutonium. It is an element only found on Pluto (naturally), but can be synthesised on Earth.
Because it is not found naturally on Earth, no living thing on Earth has any sort of resistance or tolerance to it. So, any amount, in any concentration, will cause damage.
Hope this helps
