Yes..he basically tells you to eat healthy organic foods as your main diet, do a candida cleanse, do a liver cleanse, and a colon cleanse. He recommends digestive enzymes too. Its all just common sense information.
I wudnt say hes a fraud, cause the information he gives is actually true, although you really don't need to buy his books to realize these things, so in a way it is kind of a rip off. I would suggest reading the natural cures book, but the weight loss one is just pretty much obvious information you can read about online.

I won't call Kevin Trudeau a fake as I don't think that he is, entirely. He is out to make a buck and the more bucks the better.
His, like all the others, don't work until your mind is made up to loose the weight. My daughter got some of these exercise tapes and jumps around,exercises but eats copious amounts of food. She is toned but still having a hard time with loosing the weight.He has, in one of his books, a direct line to a weight loss bread[?]. Go fig.
That will only cost you x-amount of money should you buy that one.

All his books were a waste of my time, you get the book, you still have to visit and join the website to get the actual so-called cures, I was interested fo my son, who is a diabetic, and on a kidney trandplant list, I learned nothing, except I need to spen more $$$$ on his website.

Eat no refined sugar or white bread. No processed foods. Stop taking vitamins. Eat only organic foods--not "natural" labeled foods.
