I flew w/ my daughter when she was 6 months old and we did just fine... Here's a tip ~ During take-off and landing give them a bottle...the sucking on the bottle helps their ears pop so it doesn't bother them nearly as bad and was a lifesaver for me. At that time theysaid children under 2 fly for free w/o a seat.

Babys can be any age to fly except when you take off and land make sure to have something in the babys mouth like a passifier or bottle because as the air pressure changes there ears will pop because the fluid in their ears will try to stabilize causing their ears to pop which will cause extreme pain and can result in hearing loss.

I flew with my daughter from seattle wash st to Nashville tn when she was 3 weeks old. As long as the baby is healthy I don't see why there would be an age barrier. Check with the pediatrician to make sure!

Any age. Kids under 3(I think) fly for either free or half price.

As well as asking the Doctor/Paediatrician I would also ask the airline you intend flying with. They are more likely to cause a problem than the Doctor. Have you asked your Health Visitor?

you can take your baby on a plane whever you want, but i would ask your pediatrician about it, think about how you would feed your baby and entertain your baby if its a long one, some kids do just fine!

If they're a newborn, whenever the doctor says they can. (Usually two weeks or older.)
