Could be pregs...but sounds like you already know that it isnt that. So yeah it could be stress....try wakeing up alittle earlier and go to sleep alittle earlier then when you wake up do something that u really like.....for ex....run, watch tv, paint....idk but make that a speacal time for you. That way you will be exited to wake up...not stressed. However if your not stressed it could be what you are eating. Try making a journal of waht you eat everyday. Then try switching things out. And you could figure out wat it is. Or go to tthe doctor and get tested for allergies. While you are doing these take a pepto and or drink a sprite or club soda wehn you wake up to settle your stomach.

Hope this helps!!!! let me know!

you may have acid reflux, which can cause the nausea in the morning, also check your teeth for decay, or cavities that are out of control.
keep the same home remedies by the bed side that would help you if you were preg, crackers, and a little warm ginger ale will do the trick or a good old fashioned alka seltzer may help, if symptoms persist, see your m.d asap...
good luck!!!!!

If you are sure you are not pregnant, and might i add you can be pregnant and still see your period, so if you use your period to say you are not pregnant i would advise to to take a pregnancy test, if you do the test and you are not pregnant, may be you are having a upset stomach from something you eat, but to be on the safe side go see a doctor because it might be serious. good luck and look about it soon.
