I would forgo using great actors for the story is more important then the actors, plus famous actors are to distract the audience from getting into the characters and focus on the person, not the story.

As for the script, I would make it a road trip about a couple of people who start out with nothing and one little mishap would snowball into others and get bigger till the grand finally.

Or a story about a man coming back to life at his funeral and gains extra-ordinary powers (which includes predicting the future and other things he did not have before dying.) and becomes a prophet. The movie would be a comment about how the world and society would re-act to such an event.

I just came up with a great idea!..... But I won't tell fearing that someone will use my idea and actually make it!

Oh well...Starting from ancient times, a movie showing how large scale military an political movements made the world it is today with allies changing to enemies and vice versa over time. Would be an interesting eye-opening historical piece.

And with such a large buget you could hire the right historians and create elaborate realistic sets and effects, and make it long so nothing is left out.

Would it win awards? I'd hope so.

I would try to get the rights to make an epic based on the RUSH Album 2112. Of course I would call it 2112. It is such a cool story and very much displays my personal political viewpoint.

a film adaptation of an role playing game on PlayStation and PS2 called Suikoden. Its based on asian folklore about the 108 stars of destiny that are united together by the one chosen to lead in times of despair or hardship. there have been several games, but the first two would be the best epics.

the first revolves around the Scarlet Moon Empire and civil unrest that has arisen throughout the kingdom. the hero is the son of the greatest general in the king's army who tries to follow his father's footsteps, but ends up losing his best friend and getting framed for crimes against the kingdom. he escapes and an army of rebels to rise up and overthrow the tyranical government that has brought depression and poverty amongst its people. in a strange twist of events, the hero must now step up to lead the Liberation Army against the Scarlet Moon Empire, and with it, face his father on the battle field.

The Second is about two friends that are caught up between two warrings city-states, both trying to rule the other. as the story progresses, the two best friends follow their beliefs and because of this, they end up on opposite sides, destined to battle for control of the territory.

A book called "The Swift Runner", by Frank O'Rourke. It's a story about the theft of a horse, a double-cross, and the thief's revenge. I'd cast Robert Redford as the star, and Walter Brennan and Brian Dennehey as supporting roles.

Live-action Dragon Ball Z adaptation. Not exactly like the cartoons, because those can be pretty ridiculous at times, but the general idea of people that have energy-related powers and can fly. Kind of like The Covenant, but more focused on those energy balls (with more variation of course) and stuff like that. With modern film and CG technology, that would be an intense movie experience.

I'd make a series based off of the book "What If"

I'd have James Earl Jones, Tim Curry, Jessica Alba, and Eric Idle.
