I used to have the same thing.
I tried lightly shaving the top of it.
Like not all of it, just barely touching your arm with the razor.
That didn't help much.
So i just ended up shaving my whole arm.
Now i regret it.
Cause i have to shave everyday.

I Have This Same Problem! =|
Seriously...Its Best Too Just Put Up With It, As Its Just You!
If You Dye Them Blonde It'll Look A Bit Daft As You Have Dark Hair And Blonde Arm Hairs...Plus Blonde Hair Will Just Catch The Light And Shimmer!!
DONT Ever Shave Them As It Looks Weird Having No Hairs On Your Arms...And Nobody Wants To Touch Stubbly Arms :)

DO NOT SHAVE for God's sake, thinkof how bad it will feel and look when you don't shave for a day or two. It's too much maintenance and no turning back once youstart.
I am middle eastern and so have dark body hair. I bleach it using Jolen facial bleach. It is the best solution because it's inexpensive. I only have to do it every month or so.
If you do use the bleach you don't even have to make it real light you can just leave it on for a few minutes til it's a light brown - believe me it will be unnoticeable even if it is light brown.

well you know how when you wax and shave you can feel that its been done well thats going to happen with your arm hairs- i was talking with the guys at lunch about shaving and they siad that they cant stand it when they bump up against, or feel a girls stubly arm hairs they would much rather have hair then stubbles here is what you can do though- you can get arm hair bleech... my sister did it and it looks great, funny you said this because im doing it for the first time right now haahahaa

You can bleach the hair on your arms to make then lighter..... good choice in not shaving because then it just grows back coarser and looks gross

i have dark brown, almost black hair. And the hair on my arms doesn't bother me in the slightest. I never understood the obsession with removing it.
if you are going to remove it, probably waxing, veet, nair are temporary measures or electrolysis or laser for permanent removal are your best bets.

theres waxing but its kinda painful and kinda expensive(unless you do it yourself)
plus it makes your hair grow back longer
but it DOES make the hair waaaay less noticeable
