Alexandra MiKaela is a great name! You have a good choice of nicknames you can call her and her middle name, as well as her sister, is different. There not common names like Ann, Lynn, or Marie. Good choice for names! =)

I like Alexandra, but not the spelling for MiKaela. Also, Alexandra MiKaela is pretty long, at least one syllable longer than your other girls' names.
Have you thought about a one or two-syllable middle name?
