Oregon Stat Beavers? I live in Oregon, and I've seen them and been by their side through the back2back Championship. I just want to know who all in the US actually has hears of how good this College team is. Thanks

yes, i follow college baseball fairly extensively..
and yes, it was an amazing feat for the Beavers.
let's not forget that the Beavers had a LOSING conference record before heading into playoffs. the committee did a great job on electing them to play in playoffs - and they were given a gift by the committee and they made the most of it!!
baseball is a funny game: i dont think anyone expected the Beavers to repeat -- not with Rice and NC there --- but the Beavers were hot at the time - and sometimes that is all it takes..
I dont believe they were the best team there, but that doesn't always matter in baseball...

I am a UCLA fan living on the east coast. My oldest son is a graduate from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and I can assure you we know how good the Beavers have been the past two years.

I know how good they are because I live in the Seattle area, and I'm witness to Oregon State beating the crap out of the University of Washington.

They barely got into world series this year, but once they got there, wow.
