they are defending the driver on a technicality who is probably muslim as they have some over there of a pretty extreme nature. I got on a street car in Bremen and some fat muslim was sitting so as to occupy 2 seats (he wasnt that fat) and doing their little convulsion thing when they read their book of delusions and the driver threw him off as he would not offer his seat to an elderly woman who was standing and that is a rule there not just recommended....should have seen the look on his face! as were on edge of town...he had to waddle to wherever.
