No, but what's this got to do with psychology?? Are you planning to give somebody an un-gift wrapped can of tuna, and want to know what psychological message this might give out? Did you receive the afore mentioned tuna and want to know what psychological message the person who gave it to you was giving out? Or is it just a hypothetical situation?
If it was given to you, a can of tuna is better than nothing!

Not tuna, but once got a tin of all-day breakfast. And it wasn't even wrapped!

No, but a have gave someone a case of tuna for Christmas.
It was my cousin, he had complained that his wife's cats were driving him to the poor house. He Said "We are going to be eating cat food soon!"

No, but a long time ago, for my friends like 11th bday, the little chineese girl from across the street gave her eggrolls for her present. It was pretty funny.
And for christmas from a great uncle and aunt, i got a bottle of soap and lotion, and my brother got a purple dive shirt. It was pretty funny watching him recieve that.

Well Crappo with your attitude, I am not surprised you only got one can of tuna, on the bright side if you get a second one, you could build a telephone.

No. I have never ever received this as a gift. Would be a very unusual gift.

erm...cant say i have. If you recieved 1...erm...wow...you really must be mister popular. Not even gift wrapped? wouldn't it be bad enough that it is a can of tuna, and it's meant to be a present?

Terrible. My cans have ALWAYS come gift-wrapped. It's when they start giving you cans of pilchards that aren't gift-wrapped that you should start to worry.
