i'va had a lot of discharge and i am gonna start my period in two weeks. is this just from ovulation or is something wrong?

It depends, if this is something completely out of the ordinary, and your usual cycle is pretty regular, then it might be worth getting checked out. But if your period is irregular, or if you've only had it for a short while (less than 2 or 3 years), then it might just be your body still adjusting. Listen to your body and your instincts, they can usually tell you if something is really wrong.

This could be a number of things but it sure sounds like ovulation to me. Does the discharge have a bad smell to it? If so this could be Bacterial Vaginosis, simply it's an over growth of bacteria like a yeast infection except you have to take antibiotic to clear it up like Flagyl.
Sounds like ovulation to be though. The ovary releases fluid during ovulation that does discharge through your vagina. Clear or cloudy clear, slimy. If you are very worried see your GYN.

Ovulation. Discharge always increases at ovulation so that it would be easier for sperm to get to the egg. Don't worry. it's completely normal.

Well it depends on what kind. It sounds like you are ovulating. i wouldnt worry about it because it happens to me too. I proudly tell my friends that I am ovulating. Alot of women are not aware of when they are. But if you are aware its great because you senses heighten and you get more aggressive. Let it go and if it smells weird or continues to bother you tell your doctor.

Discharge without pain, strong odor or itching is pretty normal, sounds like ovulation. If it changes color, odor, or has pain or itching, see a doctor as soon as possible.

It could be something to do with your period. I suggest that you get one of the new tests from Vagisil that is like a pregnacy test, but it detects if you have something wrong with your vagina.

what color ? some ladies do have a discharge
if its not normal for you then go to dr.
an infection not treated can get serious

Nothing wrong with that, always happens to me.
Just wear a pany liner

some amount of discharge is normal
it isnt normal if it has a pungent odor, or is white looking like cottage cheese

You are just ovulating. It is normal.
