You can get some information at:

Basically, you should study hard and take a rigorous academic program in high school, so that you can get into a college with a good science program. Then you have to do VERY well in college. It helps to have extracurricular and service activities during your college years. This will prepare you to attend medical school. Once medical school is completed, you can specialize in a specific area of medicine such as being an obstetrician. Good luck.

Speak with your guidance councilor at school regarding what classes you can take and how to begin preparing yourself for college. She/He will most likely give you a path to follow to achieve your goals! Stick with what they tell you and you should do just fine.

Also you may want to find some kind of summer intern job at an OBGN office once your old enough to work.

Study really, REALLY hard, for starters. Make sure you take plenty of math and science classes, especially advanced ones (but ONLY if you can handle it). Medical school is uber competitive these days, so it's gonna be difficult if you don't have a degree from a good college. All else I can really say is, if you can, work or volunteer at a hospital and that's pretty much all I know!
