b) there are 4 kings. 4/52 = 1/13

c) there are 4 aces and 4 king. 8/52 = 2/13

There are 13 diamonds in a deck of cards, out of 52 cards total. So, the probability that the card you draw is a diamond is
13 / 52 = 1/4 = 0.25

(b)
There are four kings in the deck, so the probability is
4 / 52 = 1/13 = 0.0769...

(c)
There are four aces and four kings in the deck, so there are 8 cards total that we are interested in. The probability of drawing an ace or a king is therefore
