Nope, sure can't. Your dwarf puffer is not pregnant, but may be carrying eggs. If they were to lay eggs in the tank the other fish would eat them very quickly and it's doubtful any would survive at all.

Most of the Dwarf Puffers sold in stores are juveniles, so picking out how many males and females you're getting can be next to impossible. Most owners won't know until their dwarves are grown. When they are old enough, however, it is easy to tell the males from the females: The males have a dark line that runs down their belly (their bellies have more yellow coloring as well). The vertical line on the males darkens with sexual maturity and during spawning. The males also have lines or "wrinkles" behind their eyes that the females do not have.
Maybe they just swell with food quickly. they're so tiny they're easy to overfeed. DPs are not livebearers and do not get pregnant, they spawn in moss and drop small numbers of even smaller eggs. BUT Breeding dp´s is really fun! They are so qute! I can spend hours watching them. To see the babies grow and change from one day to another is really grate! But if you don’t remove them from their parents they will not survive! Not only the adults eat the babies, their older sisters and brothers are even worse! You should keep the babies in big tank width only babies in the same size. A lot of plants and willow moss for them to hide in will also help.

No, almost all fish can't breed with other species. Dwarf puffers, as said, will carry eggs, but if laid the other fish may eat them and the male might not even fertilise them. Another thing, If she's fat, be careful about constipation, try feeding food, If not live, soaked in the water a bit before fed to the fish. Good luck <><

No, they can't. It was either carrying eggs previously, or it's overfed. Try fasting her for two days and see if the big belly goes away.

You may want to check if the others are female... fish are kinda difficult to sex.
