Verizon, they seem to be the best for where I live and work. I started with Sprint, and I found that two cans and a string worked better. Then I went to AT&T, a little better, now with Verizon, and seems to be working much better.

I have AT&T/Cingular....and since AT&T bought them and merged I have lousy reception and more dropped calls, more than ever!
