drunk dialing.....why do we do it and has it ever turned out to be a good thing =)

I was the victim of drunken dialing....now if she calls again she is violating a restraining order and her parole!

Not so much an 'on purpose' thing. But back in college, my roommate and I had returned home after a party and dialed a number we thought we knew, and reached a couple of college guys that we could see out our window in the high rise a few buildings away. We, of course didn't know this until we were talking! lol We hooked up after that night and dated them for awhile. So yes, guess you could call it a good thing and totally unexpected! Never did it again or on purpose though. But it was fun while it lasted! ;)

I think we do it because we're drunk and lost of all inhibitians so we're not letting reality sink in enough not to make that call!!! Who doesn't usually get all emotional after a night of drinking especially if your going thru for example a break up??
The best I ever got out of it was getting laid....lol

haha yes I have been guilty of this before! It never turned out to be a good thing for me though because I ended up calling people I shouldn't call. Like an ex or something. Oh or I said something that I wouldn't have said if I was sober.

Yes ma'am I am. I've done it a few times in my life. Some turned out to be a good thing and some turned out to be a bad thing. And on rare occasions, some turned out to be a WONDERFUL thing!!!
I've done it for different reasons:
--Because I wanted to cause problems for a fella - knowing that someone else was there.
--Because I was horny.
--Because I was depressed and remembering old times.
--Because I was horny.
--Because I was bored.
--And finally, because I was horny.

I don't know why we do it but for me it was never good. One time I meant to call my boyfriend and I called my dad instead!! He was playing along and then he's like "WILL YOU GO TO SLEEP YOU DRUNK!" I was so embarressed.
