How do I keep the beetles from eating my grape leaves? I have tried almost everything. Nothing works as of yet.

Unless you want to use chemicals which is ill advised, the only way to really rid your garden of these beetles is to hand pick and drown in a pail of soapy water. Just go on a beetle hunt daily until you no longer see them. Hand picking certain insects if really the only way to go. Happy picking.

Wal Mart sells Jap. Beetle traps. Easy to put together. It has a disc of female beetle pheromane that attracts them and they fall into a bag. When the bag is full replace it (it comes with 2 bags) just throw it in the trash.

About $7.50

Oh my goodness! I have been having so much trouble with those buggers too! They're eating my petunias and such. Plus they fly into my daughters pool and it's always full of them. And they land on me and freak me out, but now I'm getting used to them and they're not so icky anymore. I love stepping on them and KILLING THEM! Ha! I've noticed lately that there's a lot less of them tho.

go to your local hardware, or garden center, and buy some liquid Sevin. Yes, it is a chemical, but it really works
