Yes. I would say it would be more abnormal to have two testicles of the exact same size.
As long as there are no lumps sticking off the side, it's fine.

There is often a slight difference in size The left usually hangs lower than the right.
HOWEVER this answer must be explored further
your age
Is it a marked difference in size
Is it recent
Is there any pain or discomfort
Any history of trauma
Any penile discharge or urinary symptoms such as burning.
If any of the above applies then I must suggest that you see your doctor fo further assessment

I have the same thing, and I hear that most people are actually like that. Kind of like womens breasts are never the same size.
