No, besides you should not have globs of vaseline in there to begin with. It's not healthy.

Nope. in case you study the jar of Vaseline, it states that it is going to not be blended with condoms the two, for lubrication. Use a condom & foam, Nuvaring, BC pill, BC patch, Mirena or the DepoProvera shot to stay away from being pregnant. save on with ALL classes on your favorite approach.

No no no you need to have proper contraception you should also be considering STDs (venereal diseases) which means an external barrier i.e condoms. If you don't know this you are not ready to be having sex. Slow down its not a race and if you do go ahead and have sex to early outside of a loving relationship you will regret it. If you are being pressured by someone el's then this person does not respect you no matter what they tell you and do not deserve you. Respect yourself by saying NO.

Lubricants of any kind (except preseed) can kill sperm and make it harder to get pregnant, it isn't a form of birth control, but it can still have an effect on conceiving.

NOOOO!!! The only way to 100% prevent pregnancy is not having sex. A condom or birth control is the only thing to help prevent pregnancy.

you shouldn't use vaseline. it is petroleum based and can be harmful. if you need a lubricant then use a water based lubricant like k-y. i don't think that it is a spermicide though.

i think the only way it would prevent pregnancy is if you held the container between your legs!
