I keep getting a "low disk space" message even though I'm not downloading anything. Everytime I check the C: drive I have less and less space. Could I have spyware? Whats going on?

Sounds like a virus that may be copying itself repeatedly untill your hard drive is so full it crashes. I've seen this only once before in my life...

Do you have virus protection?

Have you cleared your temporary internet files.

Have you cleared all but the most recent restore points?

If you need instruction on how to do this, I can walk you through it, just email me.

PS: What Operating System are you running? 98, 2k, XP? & how big is your hard drive to start with?

Your computer caches (stores) web pages and other various stuff that you go to the Internet.

Go to system utilities and run disk cleanup for starters. That will clean out all the BS the system has cached.
