A snail is at the bottom of a well, and decides to climb to the top! Each day it climbs 2 feet, but loses 1 foot during it's nightly nap. The well is 20 feet deep! How long would it take him to reach the top?
Hint: The awnser is NOT 20 days.

It takes 19 days because he doesn't fall down once he reaches the top

After 18 days/nights, he's climbed 18 feet. On the 19th day, he climbs up 2 feet and he's out.
