I realise that 'sexual deviant' and politician have become almost synonymous. Is it just the British labour government? It seems every week there's some kind of scandal and it doesn't affect the careers of those involved in the slightest.

By the way I didn't mean homosexuality. I was just thinking about affairs and stuff. I haven't made my mind up about homosexuality yet.

Remember this, FACT: When anyone points a finger at some one else, the " DUMB THUMB IS TRYING TO HIDE THE 3 FINGERS, POINTING BACK AT THE ACCUSER !!!!! Politicians are like peas in a pod. DAMNED HARD TO TELL ONE FROM THE OTHERS !!! Politicians will not point / condemn another politician, for fear of themselves being exposed !!!
I remember, several years ago, a politician( I can't remember whether a Democrat, or Republican), gave / sold some classified information, to a middle eastern country. When the story finally got out ( It was covered up for an extended period of time by everybody) THE GUILTY POLITICIAN SCREAMED LOUDLY " I HAVE DONE NOTHING WRONG" !!!! Well, the fellow politicians censored that guilty bastar#, and he got a fully paid, round trip home, for 3 days !!!!!!! to be "Censred", means that no one spoke to him, for 3 days !!! Hell Gal, he was at home !!!!!!
Hope this both answers your question, and provides some insite into the American saying : "WE HAVE THE BEST POLITICIANS MONEY CAN BUY " !!!!!!

Sexual deviancy can obviously take many forms. I suspect that any person who indulges in sexual activity has their own particular fetishes that they like to indulge in. This doesn't harm anyone else and helps to make life good for them. What you do in private is your own business, as long as it's lawful, so I'm not sure what you are getting at. Perhaps you mean politicians who trawl for male or female prostitutes or download child pornography? OK, this sort of behaviour should be exposed and the individuals shamed by the press, which is probably a more potent punishment nowadays than putting them in the stocks and pelting them with rotten vegetables.
Stay cool man.

Deviant in which way? You don't mean 'gay' do you?

Politicians are human too (unfortunately, robots probably do better job than this lot!) and have feelings and act on them, same as the rest of the population. Some do lose their jobs/wife/house etc, depends on the severity I suppose.

And the fact that the Labour Party has oen rule for them and one fule for all the others!! Do you remember how they used to go about Tory sleaze, yet they are at least as bad, yet they just say "Never mind, it's happend now, no point living in the past!"

Nobody knows about it unless it comes out in the news while the media is out there looking to hang politicians. EVERYBODY has skeletons in their closet. Some skeletons should be kept IN THE CLOSET. The real bottom line is this, if you are evil and behave like ordinary citizens, you must not run for politician office. Maybe that is where we get the lying politicians we do get these days!

um, if their deviancy is outside the law, they are held accountable. however, most politicos have the money and friendly insiders to beat most cases. if they are just sexually aggresive and untrue to thir spouse, this usually costs them at the polls, but it's not a crime. a deffinition of deviant may help?

if you are saying closeted gays are deviant, well when they are outted, if their policies have been anti gay, their careers are o v e r. the god and family ones caught in adultry are usually done too. neither of these are illegal though. i can't think of any child porno types, but if they are caught they face same charges any other perv faces.

Power corrupts. Politicians rarely
point fingers at each other, least
they get fingers pointed back at
them. It it up to the people to make
examples of them by using the vote. :)

Politicians make the rules and laws -- and, of course under
the good-ol-boy system, cover for each other (who knows
what scandal will pop up where "I" need support).
Corruption sure sounds like a good reason to me.

i would not provide 2 hoots approximately it, incredibly. yet, in case you're finding to make an extra couple of greenbacks in this ever-tightening financial gadget, i'd action picture the kinky owl's "rituals" and sell it to Animal Planet for their new sequence "Animal KinkDom".
