"The Shawshank Redemption." Everything about it is 'just right' -- the story, script, actors, characterizations, cinematography, editing, sound, foley work [sound effects], and music score.
2nd Place -- "Young Frankenstein," which I have probably seen at least 50 times. Perfect comedy.
3rd Place -- "The Nightmare Before Christmas." It's just pure creativity throughout, and surely the most original idea for a film in history.
