I would expect you would reach level four after a fifth. While you may not be able to enjoy it with your full capacities, it should be something to be celebrated. Oh, yes, there is nothing like knocking down a fifth and screaming to the world that you are, once again, a four!
Unless, of course you a Scottish. Then it would be the Firth of Fourth. They have always had a problem with thier pronounciation. Must be all those fifths.

No, not a coffee mug, those are for level 5. We get a plastic spoon to ready for level 5 gift.
