Both, because they are both an important part of 'you'. Through your heart and mind together with meditation you can learn to listen to the deeper parts of yourself, your spirit, soul, inner self, whatever you want to call it. The heart and mind are both vitally important to listen to because they are both links to the true existence of our beings.

I think you should listen to your heart because 90 percent of the time your mind will only work things out logically but 90 percent of the time your heart will know exactly what is right.

Our heart because our heart can tell what is best just on a whim, without having to think it through. It's a better judge of emotions and feelings, which is more important than facts and statistics.

We should listen to our hearts because once they break they cannot be put back together. The mind can be put back together with medicines.
