I never really considered it, but I just read a book that had the main character's name and that was Anna. They had named her Andromeda, which I thought was really cool. Anna Rose is very pretty!

As a first or middle? It is hard to get a good middle name that goes with Anna, but as a middle name, it is beautiful. It is my middle name, my daughter is Ashley Anne, my dog, Heidi Anna.
It is a pretty name.............

this is a vague question. its like asking people if the number 3's the greatest number, people have different preferences. but back on subject, your name would be greater if it was pronounced anna but spelled differently.
